Hey folks, Isn't it about time to shut down this thread? We have been responding to a constant stream of Mohammed's school work for several weeks. He should talk to his teacher instead of posting here for all answers. -----Original Message----- From: Rob Berendt [SMTP:rob@dekko.com] Sent: Friday, October 16, 1998 10:47 AM To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com Subject: RE: 2 errs The blunt way of saying this is to perform the task you were trying to perform. What were you trying to do? You were trying to execute a CL command from within a RPG program. The first parameter is the command, and any of it's parameters, that you wanted to perform. The second parameter is the length of the command. For further information check out: http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/bookmgr.cmd/SHELVES/QB 3AYC02 and click on 'Search Books'. Do not click on 'Find'. Search for QCMDEXC. The first book you find is the one you want. mohammadakhan@yahoo.com on 10/16/98 03:37:48 AM Please respond to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com@Internet To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com@Internet, RPG400-L@midrange.com@Internet cc: Subject: RE: 2 errs ---eric <eric@norcov.com> wrote: > > The purpose of QCMDEXC is to execute a command from within an RPG program.
