Try the IBM AS/400 on line manualss at
http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com/bookmgr/v4r1eng.htm
Look under AD, Languages, and Tools , and the RPG ILE manual will show the BIF 
in
a table near the end of the manual. This is for V4R1, BIFs may vary by release.
