The XYYJLN format is universal now, previously dates were stored as a mix
of four seperate fields and the julian format with a few stay MMDDYYs
thrown in.

World Writter, FASTR and STAR all do the conversion automatically behind
the scenes as does Showcase/Stratergy with the JDE add ins.

The callable conversion program is X0028 and there are copy members with a
simular names if you need to do the coversion a lot.

Standardizing the dates cleaned up the code even more than the files.
