Are you trying to tell my customer that they have to make sense? ;-)

They don't want to have extended down time on the production system 
for any longer than necessary, and they'd rather go straight to the
most current release, especially since they've already paid for it 
thanks to software subscriptions.  Under the assumption that the 
"downgrade" was no big deal--thanks to a typical rep--this option 
looked much better to them!
