I second it.  No HTML in email.  My email (ms outlook) does not handle 
HTML.  When an email arrives that is HTML, then it shows as an icon 
that I have to double click and run.  If it is from a list, unless it 
is something I am very interested in, I choose the single click on the 
"X" instead (which deletes it).

The thing with the Internet is that you must target the "least common 
denominator".  Otherwise you shrink your target audience. If everybody 
was always on the latest and greatest version of everything, then we 
would spend all of our time downloading upgrades.  Not to meantion 
what that would do to the little bit of stability windows has.  Crash 
10 times as often probably.

I'd like to add my vote to the no HTML side.  HTML belongs on web 
pages -
not in email or Usenet.
