We only use the BIF or the indicator not both.  We are on V4R2.  We don't
have enough hard evidence to give to IBM yet.  I was hoping somebody
else was having the problem and we could come up with some sort of
reasoning behind the problem.   Or maybe I am just imagining it :-(
