I had to do this a couple of times during our testing.
We needed to hold a frozen date for a few days
while we got ready to test a month-end or verify
test results.
I just scheduled a job to run at 12:02am that issued
a CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QDATE) VALUE(some-date).
