× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I've got one better than that ! Our software vendor was dialed into our 
system doing some minor changes.  They issued a power down command 
thinking they were on their system. All of a sudden, our system went 
down.... I thought somebody in my area had issued the command. They 
finally called and admitted they had done it.... it was quite a mess !  

I don't smoke, but I sure thought about opening a "Bud" or two !!  It was 
hard to explain that one !
