years ago a church member in oklahoma city called us, his church got a system 
32 donated,
and this guy was an assembler programmer in the army.  he wanted to get the 
assembler for
the 32 so his boy scout troup could program it for the church...

i have found through years and years of experience that there is nothing worse 
than
working with bad code that someone leaves behind.  there may be a few gems in 
the bunch,
but the potential to really mess up is great.

but i guess if these companies are non profit, with zero budget, this would 
appear to be
attractive.
