Need a twinax Terminal in Secaucus NJ -- MIDRANGE-L

We are trying to install an AS/400 at a sight in NJ, and
desparately need a twinax terminal to configure it with.

The box is ready to go with an ethernet connection, but
there is no way to figure out what the ethernet address is.

Does anyone have an twin-ax terminal that can be borrowed
short term for configuration purposes?
