Hi

I've got aproblem writing some SQL statements. I want to create multiple
SQL statements, I dunno If I can create one in interact SQL. Let me give
the sequence of steps that I followed.

       I created a member for CRTQMQRY with a SELECT statement followed
by a UPDATE statement with ; as a seperator. When I ran the STRQMQRY
command I got some errors saying something like the token is invalid.
How do I create a Member with multiple SQL statements.

          Also When I tried to update a numeric field of one table with
the COUNT(*) statement of another table I got an error, the statement I
gave was

 update table1 set field1 = select count(*) from table2 where
table1.field2 = table2.fieldn

any Help is greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance
