RE: IBM Certification info. - wanted

Hi Brad

I would like ask IBM how to appear for the Certification tests and what
are the procedures I have to complete. Do they have any authorised
personnel or organization to conduct these tests in India especially in
Bangalore ? And also the charges for each of the tests.
