Eric,

That's sort of what I was thinking. I KNOW those "screens from hell", I dealt 
with
those in the past. Of course my ALL TIME favorite had to be one that instead of
having one screen format for the prompt of what you were after (i.e. Enter Item
Number :) and then the second screen format to display the info (and it was 
like the
ones you refer to - 1 - 80, 1 - 24, slight exageration but you know that I mean 
<G>)
it was ALL on ONE format one - what SHOULD have been the second screen format 
was on
the first one controlled by "non display" indicators... !!!!
