This machine will probably be delivered sometime in late October or November. What is the word on V4R3? We traditionally hold off 6-8 months after a release announcement to allow things to shake out a bit before installing a new release. We have another machine (a 600) with V4R2 and we are please with its stability. Should I be concerned with V4R3 just a couple of months after its announcement? Does anyone have it installed? Well, last year I said that V4R1 was the most stable release of OS/400 ever. Just to make me a liar, IBM made V4R3 even more stable. Go for it.
