Token-ring switches -- MIDRANGE-L

I've got a question regarding token-ring switches.  Our shop uses
8-port IBM 8228 TR MAUs with Boy-George connectors.  We're eventually
going to convert over to ethernet.  In the meantime, we'd like to
implement switchable hubs to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting
the network.  What types of TR switches are good to implement in this
kind of environment?  Thanks in advance for any help.
