Any users of Aldon CMS out there?

I set up a test data library today.  The production database has PF   
constraints defined.  When CMS updated the test data library, all the   
database files were duplicated O.K., but no PF constraints!  Is there  a   
way to get CMS to duplicate the *entire* database definition into the   
test data library?  The test database it created for me isn't too useful   
without the PF constraints.
