Anyone know what PTF to load for V4R2M0 to have the initial screen when
you display the open files for a job to come up in Display I/O details
mode (instead of having to press F11 to get it)?

We just upgraded from V3R7M0 and we had to load a PTF for that version
but now I don't remember what it was so I can't check PTF
cross-references.
