CPA4002 after 3.1.0 to 3.2.0 Upgrade -- MIDRANGE-L

I trying to figure out where a change has been made. We use the form type
*STD with different Forms Lengths and Widths. On 3.1.0 unless the form type
changed from *STD or to *STD we didn't get the Verfiy Algin msg. Now on
3.2.0 if the form length changes we get the CPA4002, verify algin msg. IBM
level 1 suggested a rpyle but the "1" system on 3.1 doesn't have any
regarding printing. IBM is looking as we speak, but I'm more hopefull here.

Any ideas how to get this back to 3.1's way of handling it.
