The add-in, cwbtfxla.xll, is provided by CA/400 (first by the M3 client I
think). During CA/400 install, if you install data transfer, CA/400's
install adds the Excel add-in registry entry and enables the add-in's
toolbar in Excel.

Like John mentioned, simply disabling the toolbar doesn't persist over
sessions. Disabling the add-in does, but then users can easily re-enable it.

The add-in is pretty cool, limited mostly by your overall satisfaction with
CA/400's blinding data transfer rates.
