program-to-system field for WDWTITLE -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello,
I'm having a heck of a time trying to get a
program-to-system field used as the WDWTITLE.

Using SDA, I define the program-to-system field, but I cannot
find where/how I am supposed to define the WDWTITLE keyword.

Can anyone show me the way?
