Don,
I use the a full copy of Adobe Acrobat 3.0 that includes Acrobat
write. In my win/95 this is a printer set "to file" and then in CA I just
select that as the printer. Also, you can print to a postscript printer,
capture this to a file and then use Adobe Distiller (also part of 3.0) to
convert the postscript to PDF. We do a lot of the PDF's on COMMONs web
site in this manner. In fact you can even create a postscript on a MAC
and then run it through Distiller to get your final PDF.
