Pete, I'm not affiliated with these guys but you might want to check out the
following site:   http://www.pkms.com/ma_home.htm   Manhattan Associates seems
to have a fairly good reputation for a good product although I'm not
personally familiar.  This site   http://www.pkms.com/PkMS_Users/UserGroup.htm
lists a fairly large group of users that you might get some insight from.
