Wendy,

There already is a *YEAR. Has been for a couple of *YEARs now <g>. As you would 
expect, it has four digits. There's also a *DATE, *MONTH and *DAY for 
consistency's sake. I think *YEAR has been around since V3R1M0, but the mind 
get's a little fuzzy on the downhill slope...
