We have a V4R1 model 170 who keeps hanging up spool files in the PND state. The weird thing is that one time the files will print and the next it won't. The only way to get the file to print is delete it and run the print job again. Our connection is via IP to an HP5 printer (it uses the Jet Direct ethernet card). This may be way off the wall, but when you start the writer, could you be doing it for a specific form type instead of *all? nj |
