It appears that the API ignores the "To:" lines in the MIME note, but 
instead uses the addresses listed in the ADDR0100 structure.  While trying 
to get my multiple-recipient code to work, I kept changing the parms for 
the API, but I forgot to change the MIME note to have multiple addresses. 
 Even though the MIME note says one addressee, the mail gets sent to each 
person in the API parameter list.
