I've had this problem before. I've searched high and low through my old
problems for a resolution and I cannot find out how I got past this.

You are using the same version of Client Access that your other users are using
aren't you? Also, some beta versions of Client Access require you to uninstall
them and reinstall CA. Just putting on service packs does no good. Although
it sounds like you've done the uninstall bit.

Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

Subject: accessing folders from the PC

        Hi,

I have some users using AS/400 folders as PC drives using Client
Access for Windows 95. In one of the PC, when I tried to access folders,
I see only the printer devices on the AS/400. I don't see QDLS at all to
map it as a drive. Since the same setup for the same user works from the
other PCs, I reinstalled CA for Win95 without any use.
I am sure there is some parameter on the PC to be set to enable me
to access folders. Does any one on the list know what went wrong or where
should I look for information??

        Regards,
        Phani
