   I agree with you and others who's already replied.  Two things:

   1) If we can get up enough cash to get David into a nice zippy P300
or better motherboard the delays may be improved (of course the delays
are not all going to be at his end..)

   2) I have seen 'duplicate' responses appear several days after many
many simlair ones.  These people obviously had time to get them if I've
had them for days.  One thing that I do simply to save time (mine) is to
not respond to a question unless I have specific input.  Some questions
could probably be answered by 90% of the list others by less than 10%. 
I try to help when I'm in the 10%
