I just resolved this issue on an NT4 box at work. It had some downlevel code on 
it, and was fixed by applying the latest NT service pack. Our Win 95 machines 
work just fine. Are you using CA V3R1M3? I believe this is required for 
NetServer. If your Win95 is not SR2, make sure that service pack 1 is applied, 
as well as the OLE update. Even SR2 may need the OLE update, since the last one 
is fairly recent. Since you can see folders on your other PC, NetServer must be 
running and configured correctly. You imply that you are using the same user ID 
on both PCs. If this is not true, one ID might possibly not be authorized to 
use NetServer. In this case, there should be a message in the server joblog, 
the QSYSOPR or QSYSMSG message queues or the system audit journal if it is 
available and enabled for authorization failure logging.
