Question on 5250 attribute values -- MIDRANGE-L

We are developing a 5250 emulation product that runs in the Windows CE
operating environment and there seems to be some debate as to the
correct values for certain 5250 blink attributes.  

2A      Red, blink
2B      Red, reverse image, blink
2E      Red, underscore, blink

Can anyone confirm that these are the correct values for these
attributes.  And possibly give the name of the IBM document that
contains this information.
