I have potentially multiple people updating my html documents that reside on the IFS. The problem I'm having is I can't get the owner of the stream-files to be the Group profile of the user profiles involved. Everytime a file get's replaced (user download file to their local PC, make changes, then upload it back to IFS), the Owner of the object reverts to the user profile and the group profile's authority is revoked. This causes a problem for other members of that group. Here is a couple things I have tried to fix this issue. On user profiles make sure OWNER(*GRPPRF) or have OWNER(*USRPRF) with GRPAUT(*ALL). The group profile is *enabled with password set to *NONE. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I have tried to get around this by using Authorization lists on the objects but that doesn't work either. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
