It bugged me that their was no phone number in the new AS/400 ads I have seen. Bugged me enough to go to IBMs main web site, and look up Lou Gerstner. Sent him a short, to the point note (he's a busy guy). Lou, (or maybe his auto-responder) forwarded the note to Tom Jarosh, who responded to me. They are aware of the missing phone numbers, and a direct contact number will appear when the ads restart in a few weeks. This all happened in less than 5 hours, from email send to receipt of Tom's reply. I think that is fantastic service. Now, if we could just get the direct contact number to roll-over to one of the midrange-l members, we could probably sell a bunch of 400s. Tom, if you are listening, Thanks. Bob Larkin blarkin@wt.com
