Re: about saving ptf tapes

Well,......  She should keep them until she's done a savsys/savxxx,
preferably 2-3 cycles, then dump/reuse them.  The only reason you save
them is as part of your backup/recovery scheme and once they're applied
and you've done a backup all the PTF/CUM functionality is in your current
system so why would you WANT to reload/apply them???   Hey, if she wants
to pay someone to reload/reapply PTF's several times on the same box, have
her give me a call...that would be easy work and I'm a few issues behind
on my tech journals...:)
