Rob, As I recall, it was asked by David Gibbs that we refrain from sending attachments to minimize his expense in maintaining this listserv. There was quite a conversation on this and pretty much agreed to by all at the time because the attachments in question could be sent directly to the person(s) in need of a piece of code or whatever the attachment might contain. There were also some ftp sites referenced as repositories for stuff that needed to be made public. I believe alot of this is contained in David's monthly guidelines that are sent out to the subscribers to this list.
