NetSoft Printing Problem -- MIDRANGE-L

We are having a problem printing using the latest version of NetSoft and
the print router function.
We have output that prints at the top of the form and then a totals line at
the bottom on line 57.
For some reason, the output at line 57 prints right after the output at the
top of the page.
We do not output blanks lines between the last output at the top and line
57.  It looks like
the NetSoft print router is not recognizing that the output on line 57
should print near the 
bottom of the form.

Does anyone know what parameter in NetSoft may control this?
