  • Subject: Distributed Transaction Processing AS/400 ==> MVS

Does anyone have any experience in setting up APPC between
an AS/400 -CICS(400) and an MVS(OS/390) CICS?

I have a task in which I need to converse with a transaction
on a mainframe. I am stuck with a SYSIDERR on the ALLOCATE
command. My guess is that there is some object on the 400
that I might have missed in setting up the remote
information.

Some of the information was there for other transactions
that use TDQ's but no one here has actually done any APPC
stuf using LU6.2.

Any hints or clues will be appreciated!
