Net Computer access to internet from 400

I hope someone can steer me in the right direction.
I have been working with IBM's NC 100's, NCD's Wincenter ala Citrix Winframe 
since early last year. (On an off that is).

I have a router on my network with a connection to the internet. I can AS400 
PING my ISP or any other address for that matter. I was even able to telnet to 
my ISP's BBS.

So at this point I think I've got it right.

Here comes the net computer with the IBM web browser. (I know it's not very 
good, but for testing I thought it would be OK). Every time I enter a address 
or URL I receive the error that the location not found.

What gives? I know I am missing something, but what?
