Well yes and no. Either way the storage is static. For your NOMAIN modules the storage is defined as local to the MODULE (not procedure). For an exported procedure that has a main RPG component it's global. Therefore if you're using two NOMAIN routines that use the same indicator then each has different storage if they're in different modules, but the same storage if they're compiled in the same module. If these are two subprocedures of a main RPG module then they'll share storage.
