× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Yes - you run STRSRVJOB, referencing the appropriate Job Name, User, and
Number of the program to be debugged.

The trick is to start the debugging session before the program being
debugged is started.  (run from a jobq that is held, or from a CL pgm
that has a pause in it)
