Hello all, I remember we had a conversation regarding routing users to seperate subsystems a little while back. After setting it up I now have a new problem. For all users who start multiple sessions they receive a series of message when they log the second session on that they assume to be errors. Now, we MIS people KNOW it's not an error but my help desk is getting mucho calls. Here is what I am doing in the initial program for one of my user classes: Program CTG_EUR PGM CHKOBJ OBJ(QTEMP/EUR) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA) MONMSG MSGID(CPF9801) EXEC(GOTO CMDLBL(FIRSTPASS)) GOTO CMDLBL(END) FIRSTPASS: CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QTEMP/EUR) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(1) TFRJOB JOBQ(CTG__EUR) END: CALL PGM(J98INITA) ENDPGM Now whenever a user logs in a second (or more) times, they receive an extra set of messages: Job 947437/EURUSER/QPADEV0027 started on 07/20/98 at 15:30:26 in subsystem CTG__EUR Message queue EURUSER is allocated to another job. * TFRJOB command ended the routing step. * Routing step started in subsystem CTG__EUR. * Message queue EURUSER is allocated to another job. Does anyone know how NOT to have those last 3 messages??? I have tried changing the message severity, making the message queue as *HOLD. Any answer that doesn't say I'm crazy will be appreciated.
