I know the post office has a list of all zip codes, not sure if it has
the times. You can contact them. They have some Free lists and then
also a purchase type of list that you would receive updates.

Subject: Area Codes & Time Zones

Hello, Does anybody here on the list know where I can
get a listing of
area codes and their time zone. I had a list that I got
from the Net,
but now with all of the new code changes my list is not
correct.

I need this file in ACSII format so that I may use it
with Access or
Excel. I can download it from the Net if I need to.
Thanks in advance for your help,
                                        Steve Hayes
