The HP's themselves are configured as factory default with the 
exception of an IP address.

On the AS/400, I have created them as a remote outq using the IP 
address, 'raw' and Host print transform.  It really doesn't seem to 
make any difference what options I choose here.  They still print in 
only the top quarter of the page.  A report that uses the full 132 
width of the paper takes up a little more of the page but I can't 
figure out why.

The print files are just the standard AS/400 QPRINT and QSYSPRT, etc.

Reports print fine on other printers.
