I am trying to write a utility program that would make it easier to find wich
job is blocking another. It would work like this:
1- we enter the comand giving it a job name as a parameter
2- it retreive all the files used by this jobs
3- for each file, it check if the job as a lock on the file/record or if it is
waiting
4- for each file that the job is waiting for, it retreive all the jobs having a
lock on that file
5- display the jobs found in step 4 so we can take action (call the user ...)

Currently, i have a problem with step 2. I did not find any command or API that
can retreive the list of files used by a job. Any idea?
