Hi Art, This is precisely correct, I just want to work with the user to stop their job, collect some valuable information QUICKLY and then permit the job and the user to continue unimpeded. I have a feeling the restrictions on programmers at this place have been brought about by the types of knuckle-heads that like to THINK they are 'programmers'. I think ya know what I mean.
