The correct command is WRKCNTINF. You will have to know the phone numbers and a couple of other "little" things in order to fill in all the parms. This info (phone numbers, account number, support system account number and id) can be taken from your old box if you have one, or call one of the other AS/400 accounts in your area. <snip>....
