Logging CL commands! -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,
I am still searching fot the best way to extract information from a
protected-production machine.  One thing I found to my dismay was this:
If I go into a users job and change their jobs attributes to be
LOGCLPGM(*YES) and Security  LOG  Level to be 40 and the list parameter
to be *SECLVL, then this presents the view of the users CL statements in
their JOBLOG but if you are calling a program and are passing the
program parameters from the CL the parameters are not displayed in the
JOBLOG.  Am I doing something wrong?
