V3R2 to V4R2 -- MIDRANGE-L

We're changing from V3R2 to V4R2 this weekend. I'm familiar with enhancements 
for
V4R2, but I'm not sure what changed at V3R7 and V4R1, if anything. Does anyone
know of a condensed version of CL, RPG, DDS, OS/400, ADTS, etc changes that is
cumulative from V3R2 to V4R2. I know I can go back and find release letters and
magazine articles, but I was hoping for something better. John Sears used to do 
the
release announcements at COMMON and always had a nice handout. It grouped
related changes together and showed syntax.
