Jerry,

We have a client running Notes 4.51 on WFW 3.11 PCs. We are using a
combination of NetBEUI and MS's TCP/IP stack. The best thing about the
MS TCP/IP stack is that it is free and can be downloaded from
Microsoft's web site.

With MS's TCP/IP stack you get ping, ftp, and telnet clients, support
for DHCP, DNS, WINS (if using NT Server) and most other standards. If
your client has NT Server 4.0, the stack is on the NT CD already.

Supposedly, this is also a 32-bit stack. Can't verify that, however.

Subject: TCP/IP stacks for Win3.11

I have a customer who needs to run Notes on lots of Win311 PC's and
needs
to have a reasonably prices (cheap?) TCP/IP stack that is compatible
with
Notes 4.5. Following are approved stacks. Anybody have experience with
any of these or can anyone recommend something?

Thanks,

Jerry
