We recently purchased a model 170 with the AS/400 Firewall. The IPCS it runs on is evidently the new one that would also run NT. It came with connections and cables to hook up a keyboard/mouse and monitor. I connected a keyboard, mouse and monitor to see what it would do. When it's booting up, I get a couple of meaningful screens, including one with OS/2 Warp on the display. But once it's up and running it just displays some window outlines, and other shadowy images. I thought it might be interesting to be able to monitor a little better what is happening on the firewall. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to make those devices useful? tia John +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
