I have never used the Java applet part, but their other product, which is twinax attached and contains internal modems for direct dial up is excellent. You provide a diskette to the people who wish to dial in, and they get dialed in. Best part is, if you are on maintenance with Business Link, you provide their 800 tech support number along with the diskette and they handle getting your customers or salesman or whoever setup and dial in. The only thing that we did was create the userid before sending out the diskette. We have never had a problem connecting any customers, including ones still using PC AT's with 2400 baud modems. Now, why wouldn't I use them? They license on a per user basis, and they sell licenses at least 5 at a time. First of all, I HATE per user licensing. Every time my customer wanted someone else to dial in, we had to make sure we had enough, if not, send in $2000 for a 5 user license. Once I buy a product like that, I would like to forget about Business Link. It works so well, I could forget about them, except I always have to buy licenses. Art Tostaine, Jr. CCA, Inc.
