FTP Exit program -- MIDRANGE-L

Has someone a example of an Exit program for the FTP server
(QIBM_QTMF_SVR_LOGON)
exit point?

I get an error saying that "exit point will not allow exit program to be
added".

IBM support line said that there is a problem with my exit program that
I created, and that I need a
ConsultLine contract to get it resolved.  They said that the
documentation and sample code is there to
create the exit program.

I cannot find in the QSYSINC library any code snippets that relate to
this.

I have several working exit programs on other breakpoints (file server,
file transfer, etc..)
